"The tracking updates showed up way too late..."
The tracking updates showed up way too late, and that’s on the shipping service. I had no idea what was going on half the time, which was really annoying. The package did arrive fine in the end, but the whole tracking experience was slower than it should’ve been

"Pretty good prices overall"

"Really easy, comfortable visit"
I stopped by the Bodega store and had a really solid experience. The staff was super relaxed and helped me find my size without hovering or making it feel awkward, which I appreciated.
It was busy in there, but I still felt like I could browse without feeling rushed. Checkout was quick too, and I left feeling good about the whole visit. I’d definitely go back.

I ordered a pair that was listed as in stock, and it really was. It shipped the next day with no random cancellation email or shady backorder situation, which should be the bare minimum but isn’t always the case. The size was right too, so overall I’m happy with the order.

Ordered from bdgastore.com and, believe it or not, the packaging was actually great. The box showed up clean with no dents, and the shoes inside were wrapped really well. Nothing was sliding around or getting crushed, which apparently feels like a luxury these days. It’s a simple thing, but I definitely appreciate when a store packs stuff properly. Easy 5 stars from me.

The international shipping process was more annoying than I expected. I ended up paying what felt like a high amount in customs fees, maybe more than I had planned for, so that part was frustrating

"Pretty solid for limited drops"
I think BDGA is actually one of the better places to check for limited releases, at least from my experience. I managed to grab a pair that I’d missed pretty much everywhere else, which surprised me. Checkout was smooth too, unless I just happened to get lucky. Shipping took a few days, but nothing crazy, and the shoes showed up clean and legit. I’ll probably keep checking them for future drops.

I had to send back a pair of shoes that just didn’t fit right, the return process was way easier than I thought it would be. The instructions were simple to follow, and I was able to get the return label right away without having to go back and forth with customer service.
The refund showed up sooner than I expected too, which was a nice surprise. I’ve dealt with annoying returns before, so I was a little unsure at first, but this ended up being a really smooth experience

I ordered from bdgastore.com and the item itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But man, the communication was kinda rough. I emailed asking about my shipping update and it took a few days before anyone got back to me.
When they finally replied, the message felt short and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I had to follow up again, which was low-key annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to step it up with customer support.

"Wish I’d checked the order more carefully sooner"
I ordered a specific size and color from Bodega, but what showed up wasn’t the one I picked. Shipping was actually fine, so that part wasn’t the issue. I just regret assuming everything would be right when the whole reason I ordered was to get that exact item. Then I had to go through the return process, which was a hassle. They’re not the worst shop or anything, but I really wish they’d double-check orders before sending them out

I was happy with how fast my refund came back, quicker than I expected. The only slightly annoying part was that the updates along the way were a bit unclear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at first. But in the end, it all went through without any hassle, so I can’t complain too much.

"A little frustrating to use"
So, the site was kind of annoying to use. Pages took a while to load, and when I was trying to check out on my phone, the screen kept jumping around, which made it frustrating.
